Short Turnaround. If a Newswriter/News Assistant is required to report for work on any day sooner than twelve (12) hours after the completion of his or her previous shift, such Newswriter/News Assistant shall be paid a flat payment of fifteen dollars ($15) for each hour worked within such twelve (12) hour period. Time off for a Newswriter/News Assistant shall be scheduled so that his or her two (2) consecutive days off will permit a Newswriter/News Assistant to be continuously absent from employment not less than sixty (60) hours, and in the event of a single day off, for not less than thirty-six (36) hours. If a Newswriter/News Assistant is called in before the expiration of such sixty (60) hour or thirty-six (36) hour period, he or she shall be paid a flat payment of fifteen dollars ($15) for Newswriters and seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for News Assistants for each hour worked within such sixty (60) or thirty-six (36) hour period (unless, for News Assistants only, such work is the result of an emergency or the illness of another employee). The penalty pay specified in this Section V(E) shall be in addition to all other compensation due.

Short Turnaround. A technician shall be allowed at least a ten (10) hour rest period between his release from one day's assignment, including overtime hours, and his actual return to work on the following day. If the rest period is less than ten (10) hours, the technician shall receive compensation of time and a half of his straight time pay per hour, calculated in half hour increments, up until the end of the period of intrusion. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as preventing the Company from changing a technician's start time for the next day in order to provide him a rest period between days of 10 or more hours.

Short Turnaround. If any crew is called for the same client within ten hours of the end of the previous call for the same client then each crew member so called shall be in short turnaround. Short turnaround will continue for each crew member until reset by ten hours off or the end of the final call for the client, whichever is sooner. Any crew person on short turnaround will be paid at the overtime rate up to 12 hours and double time thereafter.
Short Turnaround. 1. Staff and Daily Technicians shall be allowed twelve (12) hours rest between the completion of any one day’s assignment and the beginning of the next day’s assignment. In addition to any other compensation, Staff and Daily Technicians shall receive thirteen dollars ($13.00) for each hour or fraction thereof by which such rest period is reduced, to be paid in one-quarter (1/4) hour segments. 2. The twelve (12) hour rest period between assignments shall be applicable whether occurring: a. between work on days normally considered regular workdays; b. between work on a regular workday and work on a “day off”; c. between work on a “day off” and work on a “day off”; d. between work on a “day off” and work on a regular day; e. between the last work assignment and returning from vacation. 3. A day off shall consist of thirty-six (36) hours off consecutively and two (2) days off, sixty (60) hours consecutively. 4. In the event a Technician has less than three (3) hours rest between the end of one shift and the start of his/her next shift, he/she shall be deemed to have worked a continuous tour.

  • Turnaround There shall be a 10 hour rest period between the termination of work on one call and the commencement of work on the next call (see paragraph (f) below for specific rules) and a fifty-four (54) consecutive hour break for a five day week, and thirty-four (34) consecutive hour break for a six day week).

Local Furnishing Bonds. Tax-exempt bonds issued by a Transmission Owner under an agreement between the Transmission Owner and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (“NYSERDA”), or its successor, or by a Transmission Owner itself, and pursuant to Section 142(f) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 142(f). Locality. A single LBMP Load Zone or set of adjacent LBMP Load Zones within one Transmission District within which a minimum level of Installed Capacity must be maintained. Local Reliability Rule. A Reliability Rule established by a Transmission Owner, and adopted by the NYSRC to meet specific reliability concerns in limited areas of the NYCA, including without limitation, special conditions and requirements applicable to nuclear plants and special requirements applicable to the New York City metropolitan area. Locational Based Marginal Pricing (“LBMP”). A pricing methodology under which the price of Energy at each location in the NYS Transmission System is equivalent to the cost to supply the next increment of Load at that location (i.e., the short-run marginal cost). The short-run marginal cost takes generation Bid Prices and the physical aspects of the NYS Transmission System into account. The short-run marginal cost also considers the impact of Out-of-Merit Generation (as measured by its Bid Price) resulting from the Congestion and Marginal Losses occurring on the NYS Transmission System which are associated with supplying an increment of Load. The term LBMP also means the price of Energy bought or sold in the LBMP Markets at a specific location.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Fabrication Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Shiftwork (A) Where the Employee would have received shift loadings had the Employee not been on leave during the relevant period and such loadings would have entitled the Employee to a greater amount than a loading of 17.5% of the payment under clause 23.1(c), then the shift loadings must be added to the payment under clause 23.1(c)(i) instead of the 17.5% loading. (B) Provided further that if the shift allowance would have entitled the Employee to a lesser amount than the loading of 17.5% then such loading of 17.5% shall be used for the purpose of calculating annual leave loading in lieu of the shift allowance.

  • Year 2000 The Borrower has made a full and complete assessment of the Year 2000 Issues and has a realistic and achievable program for remediating the Year 2000 Issues on a timely basis (the "Year 2000 Program"). Based on such assessment and on the Year 2000 Program the Borrower does not reasonably anticipate that Year 2000 Issues will have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
