Inspections and Inspection Report. The Contractor shall inspect the Premises on a daily basis and record in writing the condition of the Premises and any repairs that are needed, including those which must be reported to the Authority for repair. The Contractor shall permit Authority representatives to accompany the Contractor during such inspections, if requested by the Authority. The Contractor shall maintain a file of all recorded inspections and shall provide copies of said inspections upon the Authority’s request. On a monthly basis (or as otherwise directed by the Authority) the Contractor shall provide a summary report of its inspections with recommendations for items needing repair. For those repairs deemed the responsibility of the Authority per “Operations & Maintenance Responsibilities” identified in Exhibit B, the Contractor shall notify the Authority’s work order desk immediately of conditions on the Premises that are in need of correction.
