Order Desk means the function consisting of 1) receiving IBM Customer Orders, 2) communicating with the requesting IBM party to ensure the fulfillment commitments satisfy the request, 3) scheduling delivery of the order and 4) communicating with the necessary goods processing organizations to ensure the order is delivered at the committed date and place.
