Common use of Instant Dismissal Clause in Contracts

Instant Dismissal. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 32.1, the Company shall have the right to dismiss any Employee without notice for conduct that justifies summary dismissal.

Instant Dismissal. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 32.1subclauses 13.1 hereof, the Company shall will have the right to dismiss any Employee employee, without notice notice, for conduct that justifies summary instant dismissal. In such case the wages shall be paid up to the time of dismissal only.
