Institutional Employees Premium. An eligible employee in Classes 005065, 005068, 005069 or 005090, with a normal full- time schedule of eighty (80) or eighty-four (84) working hours biweekly pay period who works in a twenty-four (24) hour institutional facility work location specifically designated below receive additional compensation at a rate approximately two and one-half percent (2.5) above the employee’s regular base rate for such assignment. This premium shall apply to time worked and shall not apply toward paid time off or to terminal pay.
