Instructional Extra Duty. The BOARD shall pay a TEACHER for an extension of the TEACHER Day, as defined in this Agreement, only if the TEACHER has received prior written approval from the BOARD or Superintendent. The parties agree that the BOARD or Superintendent has the exclusive discretion to determine whether to approve or refuse instructional duties beyond the normal day and further agree that there shall be no grievance filed as the result of the BOARD’S or Superintendent’s exercise of this discretion. The BOARD agrees that only the ASSOCIATION can apply for an extension of a TEACHER’S Day. The BOARD agrees to provide written notification to the ASSOCIATION of its decision of whether to approve or refuse any such extension. Any provision of this Agreement requiring posting by the BOARD shall not apply to the BOARD’S exercise of its authority pursuant to this paragraph.

  • Instructional Day The school day shall not be less than the minimum instructional minutes necessary to comply with State required daily/annual instructional minute minimums.

  • Instructional Framework The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and approved by OSPI. The instructional framework is included the appendix section of this agreement. Upon mutual agreement the parties may select a different OSPI- approved instructional framework.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.

  • Payment – Invoicing Instructions The Contractor will provide an invoice on the Contractor’s letterhead for goods delivered and/or services rendered. In the case of goods, the Contractor will leave an invoice with each delivery. Each invoice will have a number and will include the following information:

  • INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to students at like grade level attending LEA schools and shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP. For students in grades kindergarten through 12 inclusive, unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP and ISA, the number of instructional minutes, excluding breakfast, recess, lunch and passing time shall be at the same level that Ed. Code prescribes for the LEA. The total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP. When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the student’s ISA developed in accordance with the student’s IEP.

  • Billing Instructions Enter name and mailing address of nominating Agency Finance Office for billing purposes.

  • INVOICING INSTRUCTIONS The A-E will provide an invoice on the A-E’s letterhead. Each invoice will have a unique number and will include the following information:

  • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his designee. Requests from the Board will be made in writing to the President of the Association. Requests for negotiation meetings shall be submitted between sixty (60) and one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the contract term.
