Insurance Benefits for Retirees. The School District will contribute $150 per month into a Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) with the Minnesota State Retirement for ten (10) years following the date of retirement and $100 per month for the subsequent five (5) years for the purpose of supplementing the cost of the retiree’s health insurance. This benefit is only available for those employees who have completed twenty (20) years of continuous service with the School District. A year is constituted by the employee employed at least thirty (30) hours per week and nine (9) months per year on an annual basis.
