Insurance Continuation. Employees laid off under this Article shall have the right to continue participation in the group medical insurance plan, provided that they pay the regular monthly premiums. The term of this right shall coincide with the term of any employee's recall rights under this Article, and shall be contingent upon acceptance by the District's insurance company, and shall terminate when the employee's recall rights terminate.
