INSURANCE PREMIUM CONTRIBUTION CAPS. The total monthly premium contribution for all health insurances (medical, dental and prescription drug) to be paid by bargaining unit members participating in insurance coverage will be “capped” for the duration of this agreement, as follows: $75.00 Single; $200.00 Family These caps on insurance premiums will “sunset” and expire at the end of business June 30, 2017. No caps will exist thereafter unless specifically agreed upon by the parties.

  • Premium Contributions i. Effective March 1, 2014, the Company and employees will contribute toward the premium costs of the NECA Health Plan for eligible Regular employees in accordance with this Section.
