Integration Fees. WebMD will develop Customized Pages for FESCO. FESCO will receive the specific integration services set forth in Schedule C and in the Statement of Work referenced therein at the cost set forth in Schedule A (subject to Section 4(A)).
Integration Fees. Tribune will pay AdStar a $25,000 integration fee for each additional Tribune newspaper that becomes an AdStar customer (each, an "Additional Newspaper") after the Closing Date; it being understood that no Additional Newspaper will be obligated to become an AdStar customer and that, if such Additional Newspaper desires to become an AdStar customer, the Additional Newspaper will either execute a License Agreement with AdStar substantially in the form of Exhibit G to the Investment Agreement or otherwise become subject to the terms of such License Agreement.
Integration Fees. To the extent that CDK incurs fees in connection with the integration of the Hyundai SLT Dashboard services which supports the reporting in connection with the Service Lane Technology (SLT) integration (the “SLT Dashboard”) with one or more third party applications or services, CDK shall be entitled to charge such third party fees to Client as a “pass-through” expense without any markup; provided, however, that CDK shall provide Client with at least forty-five (45) days’ prior written notice of the effective date of any such charge; and further provided, that Client may avoid the incurrence of any such fees by terminating its subscription to the SLT Dashboard prior to the effective date of any such third party fee incurrence (which notice must be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such termination).
Integration Fees. Customer will pay the Integration Fees set forth in and in accordance with the applicable Order. Unused Integration Fees are not subject to refund.
Integration Fees. Each party shall be responsible for its costs of developing and testing integration efforts, such integration shall include by way of illustration and not limitation, the checkout process development. Walgreen will provide Features to allow Developer to integrate with Walgreen Stores for purposes of providing the Services. All such Features shall be afforded Confidential Information protection and shall at all times remain the property of Walgreen. Each party must test all development and integration efforts with the other party in advance of implementation. Walgreen shall have the right to review and reject any proposed change in the checkout process by the Developer (including email notification) which adversely affects Walgreen’s business operations.
Integration Fees. Embarq will pay Synacor the following non-recurring development fees (“Integration Fees”) for the development of the project described in the Seventh Amendment to this Contract Order; representing [*] for Single Sign-on and [*] for Embarq Complete Contacts. Integration Fees will be paid 50% upon execution of the Seventh Amendment to this Contract Order and 50% upon acceptance of the relevant service in accordance with the acceptance provision in Section 4 below. If Embarq terminates this Amendment after Testing and Deployment commences, per Attachments 1 and 2 to Exhibit 16, Embarq shall be responsible for payment of all fees associated with the activities/Deliverables performed up to the date of termination, total costs for the project not to exceed [*].
Integration Fees. In consideration of the costs for integrating and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for the EOL XBRL Services to be used in the XBRL Offering, PRN shall pay EOL the Integration Fees as set forth in Schedule C hereto.

Integration Fees. You can charge your Connected Merchants Integration Fees – a fee charged for each payment you process for them via the Pre-built Integration. Once a payment has been successfully collected, we’ll allocate the Integration Fee to your account. We’ll then assess if you owe us any amounts and deduct these before we pay the Integration Fee into your bank account. Just remember though, the payment must come about and be triggered through your system and integration for you to be able to receive this fee. If for some reason we can’t deduct the amounts that we’re owed, we might send you an invoice for those amounts. 37. The GoCardless Integration Partner Platform allows you to collect Integration Fees from Connected Merchant Accounts in relation to each Transaction.
