INTERIOR STREETS. The Riverfront Site includes interior public streets, some of which are not improved (i.e., “paper streets”), some of which are identified on City maps as “closed”, and some of which are currently open to the public but not consistently maintained by the City. These interior streets provide important intra-campus circulation for the ProMedica Headquarters Project and thus are a vital component for the development and operation of the ProMedica Headquarters Project. The City will agree to provide the following support relating the interior streets:

INTERIOR STREETS. The Owner shall dedicate at its sole expense or cause to be dedicated by each Developer of a phase within the Territory, to the Village, concurrent with recording of the final plat of subdivision for any phase adjacent to each roadway being dedicated within the Lennar Development, all necessary rights-of-way as provided for herein as depicted on the Final Plats of Subdivision. The roadways within the LMC Development will be privately owned roadways maintained by LMC.

INTERIOR STREETS. The City acknowledges the Developer’s desire, evidenced in the Preliminary Plat, to construct private streets within the interior of the Project.   • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.
