Internal Leave. A regular employee may, with approval of the Executive Director, Human Resources or designate in consultation with the Xxxx, Director or Campus PrincipalAcademic Administrator, after two (2) years of service as a regular employee, be granted a leave to temporarily fill another position at the University. Such leave shall not exceed one (1) year. Upon completion of the leave the employee will return to the original position. Normally eighteen (18) months of employment must elapse between such leaves.
