International Representative. The University shall recognize the authorized representative of the International Union, which is party to this Agreement, for the purpose of participating in negotiations, attending meetings, and the handling of other Union matters under this Agreement. International Representative. The International Representative of the Union shall be permitted access to all work areas under the jurisdiction of the Employer at reasonable times, provided he/she first checks in with the dispatcher who shall then notify the designated Employer representative. Such attendance on the employer’s premises shall not interfere with the orderly operations of the Fire District, and in particular, when emergency calls are received, he/she shall leave the communications room.
