INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC MAIL. (1) The Agency will provide internet and email access to the Union for representational purposes. The Union shall comply with the Agency’s IT policies concerning the use of internet and email. (2) The Union may use the email system to communicate with bargaining unit employees and Agency officials. (3) Internal union business is prohibited when using email or government- provided access to the Internet. Consistent with the Agency’s IT policy, electronic mail messages are considered government records.

INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC MAIL. 10.1 The Employer's computer equipment, internet and electronic mail are provided to the Employee explicitly for work purposes. 10.2 The Employee Js not entitled on its own to install any software programs to the Employer's computer equipment and this can be done only by the Employer's management or authorized person thereof. 10.3 The Employer is entitled to monitor and register all actions performed on its provided computer equipment and internet networks {including, revision of its content). All incoming and outgoing communication and signals processed while using the Employer's computer equipment and internet networks (including, electronic mails and its content) shall not be considered as private information and, therefore, it might be read by the Employer and copied to the Employer's server, revised, and registered, aiming to ensure the usage of such information thereof for the work purposes. 10.4 The Employer shall also have a right to open, read and delete all and any other electronic mails or any other electronic notices (as well as their content) which are sent / received through the use of computer equipment or internet network provided by the Employer. The Employer shall not be responsible for any loss and / or disclosure of any private information or data of the Employee stored existing in the computer equipment or internet network of the Employer.
