Internet Charges. You are responsible for providing the mobile device, wireless service plan, Internet connections and/or other equipment or services that you need to download, install and/or use the Services. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES CAN BE ACCESSED AND USED ON ANY PARTICULAR DEVICE OR WITH ANY PARTICULAR SERVICE PLAN. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ANY PARTICULAR GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION. As part of the Services, you may receive push notifications, text messages, picture messages, alerts, emails, or other types of messages directly sent to you outside or inside the App or Website (“Push Messages”). You agree that Belle may contact you via telephone or text messages (including by an automatic telephone dialing system) at any of the telephone numbers provided by you or on your behalf in connection with your use of the Services, including for marketing purposes. You understand that you are not required to provide this consent as a condition of use of the Services. You also understand that you may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time, either by replying to our text with the word “STOP”, or by contacting us at xxxx@xxxxx.xx . If you do not choose to opt out, we may contact you as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that, when you use the App, the Website or the Services on a mobile device, your wireless service provider may charge you fees for data, text messaging and/or other wireless access. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEE, COST, OR EXPENSE THAT YOU INCUR TO DOWNLOAD, INSTALL AND/OR USE THE APP, THE WEBSITE, OR THE APP OR WEBSITE SERVICES ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, INCLUDING FOR YOUR RECEIPT OF PUSH MESSAGES FROM BELLE.

Internet Charges. The TENANT shall pay all charges in respect of the connection and consumption of their internet. The Owner may from time to time provide promotional offers of free internet service. Conditions apply at the discretion of the Owner to determine the amount of internet usage and length of time the promotional offer is available. Such promotional offers can be changed or withdrawn at any time by the Owner.

  • Direct Charges To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary actual direct costs incurred (e.g., equipment, supplies, travel and other costs directly associated with the performance of the Agreement) to the extent required in the performance of the Work and to the extent such costs are anticipated in the Budget. Travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary costs incurred. Costs shall not exceed the daily per diem rates published in the Federal Travel Regulations. Reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles shall be limited to the Internal Revenue Service business standard mileage rate in effect at the time the expense was incurred.

  • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein. Contract Charges:

  • Extra Charges No charges of any kind, including charges for boxing or cartage, will be allowed unless specifically agreed by Xxxxx in writing. Pricing by weight, where applicable, covers net weight of Goods, unless otherwise agreed.

  • CAISO Charges (a) Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Buyer because of Seller’s failure to perform any covenant or obligation set forth in this Agreement. Buyer shall assume all liability and reimburse Seller for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Seller as a result of Buyer’s actions, including those resulting in a Buyer Curtailment Period.

  • Usage Charges Every call using the Services that originates or terminates in the Public Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”), including without limitation other VoIP networks, accrues applicable toll charges. Customer will not be charged for monthly usage within the limits of its then-current Service Plan. Usage which exceeds the limits, if any, of Customer’s then-current Service Plan will be charged to Customer in accordance with the Service Descriptions at the rates published at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Calls to phone numbers outside the United States and Canada will also be charged to the Customer in accordance with the Service Descriptions at the rates published at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • Access Charges 88.1 CenturyLink retains all revenue due from other carriers for access to CenturyLink’s facilities, including both switched and special access charges. CenturyLink retains all Switched Access Service revenues when providing Switched Access Services for CLEC’s retail End Users served via resale. When CLEC resells special access to its End Users, CenturyLink is not entitled to any special access revenues from CLEC’s End Users.

  • Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.

  • OUR CHARGES 6.1 We charge a brokerage fee for our services (the “Fee”). Unless otherwise agreed and where we are not acting as principal, the Fee will be levied in accordance with our rates in effect at the time the Fees are incurred or as otherwise notified to you, verbally or in writing prior to dealing. Any alteration to these Fees will be notified to you at or before the time of the change.

  • Monthly Charges Purchaser shall pay Seller monthly for the electric energy generated by the System and delivered to the Delivery Point at the $/kWh rate shown in Exhibit 1 (the “Contract Price”). The monthly payment for such energy will be equal to the applicable $/kWh rate multiplied by the number of kWh of energy generated during the applicable month, as measured by the System meter.
