Internet Connectivity and Privacy. Customer acknowledges and agrees that installed Software may cause the computer to automatically connect to the Internet to connect with the LMS or check for software updates available for automatic download to end-user’s computer and to notify the Company servers that software was successfully installed. Only non-personal identifying information is transmitted to the Company when this happens. Communication with the Company electronically, including through its websites, is governed by the Company Online Privacy Policy (xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx) as it may be updated from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion, and which is incorporated herein by this reference.

Internet Connectivity and Privacy. The Product may cause Licensee’s User, without notice, to automatically connect to the Internet and to communicate with an external website or domain for purposes such as license validation and providing Licensee with additional information, features, or functionality.
Internet Connectivity and Privacy. The Software may cause Machines, without notice, to connect to the Internet and to communicate with a Nanosoft website or xxxxxxx.xxx domain for purposes including, but not limited to, providing Licensee with additional information about the Software and other Nanosoft products and Services. Whenever the Software make an Internet connection and communicate with a Nanosoft website, whether automatically or due to explicit User request, the Nanosoft Privacy policy (hyperlinked to xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx) shall apply, and is incorporated herein by reference.   • Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

Xxxxxxx and Users - Despite every effort for supervision and filtering, all Users and their parents/guardians are advised that access to the electronic Network may include the potential for access to materials inappropriate for school-aged students. Every User must take responsibility for his or her use of the Network and Internet and avoid these sites.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.
