Interpretation and Appeals. The provisions in this agreement represent the parties’ shared understanding of current SEBB rules regarding eligibility and coverage. All of these provisions shall be read consistent with any SEBB rules, regulations and policies, some of which may change over time. Any SEBB decisions made by the District that an employee seeks to challenge shall be appealed by submitting a written request for administrative review in accordance with WAC 000-00-0000 (or other applicable WAC), rather than the grievance procedure in Part VII—Grievance Procedures. Articles not covered by the WAC 000-00-0000, will be subject to the grievance procedure in Part VII— Grievance Procedures.
