Interruption/University Closure. In the event of an interruption in the University’s provision of education, educational events, student life opportunities or activities, on-campus meals or housing, due to acts of God, natural disaster, hurricane, storm, fire, infectious disease, pandemic, national emergency, act of terrorism, threats of terrorism, war (whether war is declared or not), act of mass shooting or violence, riot, civil unrest, state emergency declaration, any orders of a local, state or federal government with authority over either party, any orders of a state or federal court or competent judicial authority, any other government restrictions, mechanical or electronic failure, strikes or labor disputes or any other reason beyond the control of the University, the University may elect to cease or postpone provision of education, educational events, student life opportunities or activities, and on-campus meals or housing without reduction in tuition or fees due from student or obligation to refund tuition or fees in whole or part that were previously paid by or on behalf of student.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Commercial Operation (i) On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

  • Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness. Requirements for such leave shall be:

AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.
