Investigation of Errors. All Errors shall be investigated and if the Error relates to the Software, or is directly caused by the Software, (a) an Error Report shall be opened, (b) the Error shall be assigned a Severity Level (as per the provisions below), and (c) the Error shall be addressed in accordance with the procedures and processes set forth in this Technical Support Policy.
