Investigation without Complainant Resolution. 18.5.1 If the matter is unresolved and the concern is regarding actions by another unit member in the bargaining unit, the unit member may pursue steps in Article 16.
Investigation without Complainant Resolution. 13.5.1. If the immediate supervisor determines that the complaint is completely false and/or based on hearsay and there is no substantiation, the matter shall be dropped. The complaint shall neither be placed in the unit member’s personnel file nor used in any evaluation or disciplinary action against the unit member.
