Invited Users. When offering access to any of the Services to Invited Users, you must make sure that Invited Users accept our Acceptable Use Policy that relates to the specific Service as set out in Annex 6, which shall be provided to Invited Users before they access any of the Services. Invited Users may only use the Services on a Customer’s behalf. For the avoidance of doubt, a breach of the Ac- ceptable Use Policy is considered a breach of the Service Terms. You further rep- resent and warrant that you are responsible for the conduct of your Invited Users and their compliance with the terms and conditions of the Service Terms and the Acceptable Use Policies for the Services.

Invited Users. Certain Registered Users (whom Subscriber has designated as having such authority) may invite other persons to access the Hosted Software and Hosted Data as “Invited Users.” The PLM On Demand System will send an email to the Invited User providing instructions on how to access the PLM On Demand System.

  • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds. Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.

  • Approved User A user approved by the relevant Data Access Committee(s) to access one or more datasets for a specified period of time and only for the purposes outlined in the Principal Investigator (PI)’s approved Research Use Statement. The Information Technology (IT) Director indicated on the Data Access Request, as well as any staff members and trainees under the direct supervision of the PI are also Approved Users and must abide by the terms laid out in the Data Use Certification Agreement.

  • Tenant Information Every Tenant who shall pay rent in exchange for the right to access and occupy the premises through this agreement must be identified with an entry of each one’s name and formal mailing address.   • Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments. Clients in this context also include those whose needs are identified and catered for in settings such as schools and nurseries, that is, young children and school pupils dependent on the organisation for their educational and developmental welfare. Clients exclude internal authority customers (as in client departments) or external customers (for example, members of the public with planning applications), because neither are dependent on the local authority for their care and welfare. The exceptional needs of clients refer to those which are exceptionally demanding, not to those which are out of the ordinary.

  • Prohibited use of card (a) You must not use the card, and/or otherwise operate the card account to pay the current balance. (b) You shall not use and we will not permit the card to be used to effect any card transaction which would contravene the laws of any jurisdiction.

Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.
