Hosted Data definition

Hosted Data means the data which is hosted pursuant to the Hosting Services;
Hosted Data means any information, text, or graphics inputted by Subscriber and/or its Permitted Users into the Hosted Software and stored by the Hosted Software on the Host Server.
Hosted Data means all data, works and materials: uploaded to or stored on the Hosting Platform by the Customer, or by any third party using any software made available by means of the Hosting Platform; transmitted by the Hosting Platform at the instigation of the Customer, or at the instigation of any third party using any software made available by means of the Hosting Platform; or supplied by the Customer to the Provider for uploading to, transmission by or storage on the Hosting Platform;

Hosted Data is Client Data including all data and information about Client’s business(es), Clients, employees, operations, facilities, products, markets, assets, or finances that Consultant obtains, creates, generates, collects, or processes in connection with its performance of Services and is stored in the Hosting Environment.
