Hosted Data definition

Hosted Data means the data which is hosted pursuant to the Hosting Services;
Hosted Data means the data transmitted to, loaded into, or stored in, the Hosted Software or on the Hosted System by Customer and Users or otherwise through use of the Hosted Software.
Hosted Data means all data, works and materials: uploaded to or stored on the Hosting Platform by the Customer, or by any third party using any software made available by means of the Hosting Platform; transmitted by the Hosting Platform at the instigation of the Customer, or at the instigation of any third party using any software made available by means of the Hosting Platform; or supplied by the Customer to the Host for uploading to, transmission by or storage on the Hosting Platform;

Examples of Hosted Data in a sentence

  • In no event shall your Hosted Data of Voice Services Credit exceed one month’s monthly recurring fee for the effected service.

  • If Customer subscribes to or purchases any SD products, including but not limited to SD-WAN, Firewall, Hosted Data, said products will be subject to additional terms and conditions.

  • Following the termination, M-Files will have no further obligation to store and/or make available Hosted Data and shall have the right to delete the same.

  • During the Subscription Period and for thirty (30) days thereafter, Customer may request a backup copy of the Hosted Data, which M- Files will make available for Customer within thirty (30) days from Customer's written request on a medium or system to be determined by M-Files.

  • M-Files will make daily backup copies of the Hosted Data and retain one restore point per day for the last seven (7) days.


More Definitions of Hosted Data

Hosted Data means the data Customer loads into, or stores in, the Hosted Software or on the Servers.
Hosted Data means such Customer Data that is hosted by M-Files (or M-Files' hosted services provider) in order to provide Software Services to Customer.
Hosted Data means any electronic data stored in an Instance, after being uploaded by the Customer or a User;
