Common use of Involuntary Examinations Clause in Contracts

Involuntary Examinations. The District may require a Member to submit to a physical or mental examination by a health- care provider of the District’s choosing at the District’s expense to determine if a Member should be placed on an involuntary Medical Leave. Except in unusual circumstances when appropriate specialists are not available, said examinations will be conducted in Lapeer County or counties that are contiguous to Lapeer County.
