Irregular or Occasional Overtime. The Parties agree that irregular or occasional overtime will be in accordance with appropriate government-wide laws, rules, and regulations. “Suffer and permitted” overtime is covered under the Fair Labor Standard Act, 29 CFR 785.11 and 785.12, and 5 CFR 551.
