ISP. Except to the extent it is inconsistent with the express terms of this Letter of Credit, this Letter of Credit is subject to the International Standby Practices (ISP 98), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590.
ISP. With respect to any Letter of Credit, the “International Standby Practices 1998” published by the Institute of International Banking Law & Practice (or such later version thereof as may be in effect at the time of issuance).
ISP. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by Issuing Lender and the Borrower when a Letter of Credit is issued, the rules of the “International Standby Practices 1998” published by the Institute of International Banking Law & Practice (or such later version thereof as may be in effect at the time of issuance) (“ISP”) shall apply to each Letter of Credit.
ISP. Bound Traffic minutes that exceed the applied growth cap will be Xxxx and Keep. “Xxxx and Keep” refers to an arrangement in which neither of two interconnecting Parties charges the other for terminating traffic that originates on the other network.
ISP. Bound Traffic minutes that exceed the applied growth cap will be Bill and Keep. “Bill and Keep” refers to an arrangement in which neither of two interconnecting Parties charges the other for terminating traffic that originates on the other network.
ISP bound Traffic is defined as calls to an information service provider or Internet service provider (ISP) that are dialed by using a local dialing pattern (7 or 10 digits) by a calling party in one exchange to an ISP server or modem in either the same exchange or a corresponding Extended Area Service (EAS) exchange as defined and specified in Section A3 of BellSouth’s General Subscriber Service tariff. ISP-bound Traffic is not Local Traffic subject to reciprocal compensation, but instead is information access traffic subject to the FCC’s jurisdiction.
ISP. 2 a) Develop an ISP with specific client goals, actions to be taken, timeframes for 3 actions, and responsible parties for each activity within thirty (30) calendar days of the client's intake.
4 b) Work collaboratively with the client and involve the client in the development 5 of the ISP.
6 c) Modify the ISP as the client's needs change. CONTRACTOR shall update the 7 ISP at a minimum of every six (6) months.
ISP bound Traffic is defined as calls to an information service provider or Internet service provider (“ISP”) that are dialed by using a local dialing pattern (7 or 10 digits) by a calling party in one LATA to an ISP server or modem in the same LATA. ISP-bound Traffic is not Local Traffic subject to reciprocal compensation, but instead is information access traffic subject to the FCC’s jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the definitions of Local Traffic and ISP-bound traffic above, and pursuant to the FCC’s Order on Remand and Report and Order in CC Docket 99-68 released April 27, 2001 (“ISP Order on Remand”), BellSouth and Granite agree to the rebuttable presumption that all combined circuit switched Local and ISP-bound Traffic delivered to BellSouth or Granite that exceeds a 3:1 ratio of terminating to originating traffic on a statewide basis shall be considered ISP-bound traffic for compensation purposes. BellSouth and Granite further agree to the rebuttable presumption that all combined circuit switched Local and ISP-bound Traffic delivered to BellSouth or Granite that does not exceed a 3:1 ratio of terminating to originating traffic on a statewide basis shall be considered Local Traffic for compensation purposes.
ISP. ISP warrants and covenants that: (i) it has the full power to enter --- into and perform according to the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) the ISP Services will be of high quality and performed in a manner commensurate with industry standards and practices.
