Issue order. This use case starts when the end-­‐user has identified the IPs with the required information and the IP cannot be accessed automatically from the Search tool / Finding Aid. The use case illustrates a process with an Order basket similar to a web shop, but this has low priority. Instead the end-­‐user can be asked to complete an order form with data about the user, IP and special wishes. The most important part of this use case is the output: an xml-­‐file (order.xml) with all data necessary to process the order.

Issue order. Whenever a Dealer agrees with the Issuer upon the issue of a Note, that Dealer shall: a. request the ISIN code for the Note from the Agent, and b. upon reception of the ISIN code, confirm all the details of the Note to the Agent in such form as the Agent may deem necessary. Such confirmation will be forwarded to the Agent no later than 11.00 a.m. (Brussels time) one Business Day prior to the relevant Issue Date (as defined in the relevant Final Terms) and the Agent shall thereupon: a. notify the NBB of the appropriate aggregate principal amounts, of the dates on which such Notes shall be issued and shall mature and otherwise complete and forward a Descriptive Card to the NBB, and b. take any step necessary in order to ensure the issuance and the settlement of the relevant Note. For the purpose of this clause, the Agent shall be entitled, save in case of manifest error or fraud, to comply with a telephone communication subsequently confirmed by xxxxxxx, from a person whom such Agent reasonably believes to have been duly authorised by the Issuer to act in accordance with the provisions of this clause.
Issue order. The Issuer shall notify the Agent of the aggregate nominal amount of the Notes to be issued as soon as possible. The Domiciliary and Paying Agent shall: (a) request the ISIN code for the Notes; and (b) at the latest on the third Business Day preceding the date on which the Notes shall be created in the NBB-SSS (the "Issue Date"), notify the NBB of the aggregate nominal amount of the Notes to be issued, and of the dates on which such Notes shall be issued and shall mature (the "Final Maturity Date") and shall have completed and forwarded a Descriptive Card to the NBB; and (c) at the latest on the Issue Date, take any step necessary in order to ensure the issuance and the settlement of the relevant Notes, subject to the fulfilment of the conditions included in the Placement Agreement to be confirmed by the Lead Manager to the Domiciliary and Paying Agent. For the purpose of this Clause, the Domiciliary and Paying Agent shall be entitled, save in case of manifest error or fraud, to comply with a telephone communication subsequently confirmed by facsimile, from a person whom such Domiciliary and Paying Agent reasonably believes to have been duly authorised by the Issuer to act in accordance with the provisions of this Clause, after having checked it with appropriate and reasonable diligence with reference to the specimen of signature supplied by the Issuer.

Neither any Borrower nor to the knowledge of any Borrower, any of its agents acting in any capacity in connection with the Advances or other transactions hereunder (i) conducts any business or engages in making or receiving any contribution of funds, goods or services to or for the benefit of any Blocked Person, or (ii) deals in, or otherwise engages in any transaction relating to, any property or interests in property blocked pursuant to the Executive Order No. 13224.

  • Pre-Ordering 2.2.1 BellSouth will provide electronic access to its OSS and the information contained therein in order that OneTone can perform the following pre-ordering functions: service address validation, telephone number selection, service and feature availability, due date information, customer record information and loop makeup information. Mechanized access is provided by electronic interfaces whose specifications for access and use are set forth at BellSouth’s Interconnection Web site. The process by which BellSouth and OneTone will manage these electronic interfaces to include the development and introduction of new interfaces will be governed by the change management process as described in Section 2.7 below. OneTone shall provide to BellSouth access to customer record information, Version: 2Q05 Resale Agreement 07/21/05 including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. OneTone shall provide such information within four (4) hours after request via electronic access where available. If electronic access is not available, OneTone shall provide to BellSouth paper copies of customer record information, including circuit numbers associated with each telephone number where applicable. If BellSouth requests the information before noon, the customer record information shall be provided the same day. If BellSouth requests the information after noon, the customer record information shall be provided by noon the following day. 2.2.2 The Parties agree not to view, copy, or otherwise obtain access to the customer record information of any customer without that customer's permission. OneTone will obtain access to customer record information only in strict compliance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations of the state in which the service is provided. BellSouth reserves the right to audit OneTone’s access to customer record information. If a BellSouth audit of OneTone’s access to customer record information reveals that OneTone is accessing customer record information without having obtained the proper End User authorization, BellSouth upon reasonable notice to OneTone may take corrective action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating OneTone’s electronic access to BellSouth’s OSS functionality. All such information obtained through an audit shall be deemed Information covered by Section 7, Proprietary and Confidential Information in General Terms and Conditions.

  • Daily Order Confirmation All Agreement purchase orders will be approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. The vendor must confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 24 business hours. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, then updated pricing must be posted by 1st of each month.

  • Commission Orders If the Commission shall issue any stop order or any other order preventing or suspending the use of the Prospectus, or shall institute any proceedings for that purpose, then the Company will promptly notify the Dealer Manager and use its commercially reasonable efforts to prevent the issuance of any such order and, if any such order is issued, to use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the removal thereof as promptly as possible.

  • Change Orders and Contract Amendments 33.1 The Procuring Entity may at any time order the Supplier through notice in accordance GCC Clause 8, to make changes within the general scope of the Contract in any one or more of the following: a) drawings, designs, or specifications, where Goods to be furnished under the Contract are to be specifically manufactured for the Procuring Entity; b) the method of shipment or packing; c) the place of delivery; and d) the Related Services to be provided by the Supplier. 33.2 If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, the Supplier's performance of any provisions under the Contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made in the Contract Price or in the Delivery/Completion Schedule, or both, and the Contract shall accordingly be amended. Any claims by the Supplier for adjustment under this Clause must be asserted within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the Supplier's receipt of the Procuring Entity's change order. 33.3 Prices to be charged by the Supplier for any Related Services that might be needed but which were not included in the Contract shall be agreed upon in advance by the parties and shall not exceed the prevailing rates charged to other parties by the Supplier for similar services.

  • Executive Orders This Contract is subject to the provisions of Executive Order No. Three of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, promulgated June 16, 1971, concerning labor employment practices, Executive Order No. Seventeen of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, promulgated February 15, 1973, concerning the listing of employment openings and Executive Order No. Sixteen of Governor Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx promulgated August 4, 1999, concerning violence in the workplace, all of which are incorporated into and are made a part of the Contract as if they had been fully set forth in it. The Contract may also be subject to Executive Order No. 14 of Governor M. Xxxx Xxxx, promulgated April 17, 2006, concerning procurement of cleaning products and services, Executive Order No. 61 of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx promulgated December 13, 2017 concerning the Policy for the Management of State Information Technology Projects, as issued by the Office of Policy and Management, Policy ID IT-SDLC-17-04, and Executive Order No. 49 of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, promulgated May 22, 2015, mandating disclosure of certain gifts to public employees and contributions to certain candidates for office in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. If Executive Orders 14, 61 or 49 are applicable, it is deemed to be incorporated into and are made a part of the Contract as if it had been fully set forth in it. At the Contractor’s request, the State shall provide a copy of these orders to the Contractor.
