item vThe LOCAL GOVERNMENT has the authority to approve a counteroffer or an administrative settlement up to $20,000 or 10% above the approved Fair Market Value. On legal settlement authority for condemned parcels, the LOCAL GOVERNMENT authority level is 20% or $20,000, whichever is greater.
