Job Postings and Applications. β If a vacancy or a new job is created within the bargaining unit is created for which employees in the bargaining unit reasonably might be expected to be recruitedunit, the following shall apply: Temporary Vacancies If the vacancy or new job has a duration of Thirty Days sixty (60) calendar days or Moremore, the vacancy or new job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) calendar days. The Employer may advertise externally simultaneously. If no qualified candidate is identified through the internal posting process the Employer may fill the position with an external candidate, subject to the grievance procedure.
