Job Readiness Preparation. All incoming clients entering Contractor's self-directed program, based on a self-sufficiency model, shall receive intensive support as they search for work for themselves. Clients first attend an orientation and subsequent job- preparation classes designed to reacquaint them with the working world. Job-Preparation classes shall cover basic instruction for pursuing, securing, and retaining employment as well as employment-related life skills tailored to clients' specific needs. Contractor's services shall include, but not be limited to: • Assessment / Case Management: One-on-one meetings with an Employment Specialist to develop career goals and prepare job search strategies.

  • Planning and Preparation 1. Uses established local and the Core Curriculum Standards and Cumulative Progress Indicators as well as established local and state curriculum objectives in planning lessons.

  • Joint Preparation The preparation of this Agreement has been a joint effort of the parties and the resulting documents shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against one of the parties than the other.

All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Proposal Preparation The contractor shall assume all costs associated with preparation of proposals for task order awards under the proposal process as an indirect charge (B&P costs). The Government will not reimburse awardees for proposals as a direct charge.
