Job security plan. The length of time the employee worked for the employer, both within and outside the bargaining unit, is taken into consideration for the purposes of application of the eligibility period. The employee does not have to complete a new eligibility period in the following cases: a) when the employee, after having definitively ceased working for her employer, starts working again for the same employer or starts working for a new employer within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days following her departure; b) when the employee is relocated to another job under the job security plan of the collective agreement; c) when the employee joins the bargaining unit while continuing to work for the same employer.

Job security plan a) Each employee whose name appears on the list in Group I of Appendix "A" is guaranteed the equivalent of sixteen hundred (1,600) hours over a forty (40) week period ending the last Saturday in December each year. b) Each employee whose name appears on the list in Group II of Appendix “A” is guaranteed the equivalent of one thousand four hundred and forty (1440) hours over a forty (40) week period ending on the last Saturday of December 2010 and 2011. 1. Beginning in 2012, the weekly job security of employees in Group II will be revised every three (3) months in accordance with the following stipulations: i) When the total number of hours for the last twelve (12) months is greater than the hours in the year of reference 2009, the difference divided by one thousand six hundred (1600) hours will indicate the number of employees obtaining job security as provided in Article ii) Should the number of hours be lower than in the year of reference 2009, the number of employees remaining covered by the 1440-hour job security, weekly guarantee of thirty-six (36) hours during the forty

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • Information Security Program (1) DTI shall implement and maintain a comprehensive written information security program applicable to the Personal Information ("Information Security Program") which shall include commercially reasonable measures, including, as appropriate, policies and procedures and technical, physical, and administrative safeguards that are consistent with industry standards, providing for (i) the security and confidentiality of the Personal Information, (ii) protection of the Personal Information against reasonably foreseeable threats or hazards to the security or integrity of the Personal Information, (iii) protection against unauthorized access to or use of or loss or theft of the Personal Information, and (iv) appropriate disposal of the Personal Information. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Information Security Program shall provide for (i) continual assessment and re-assessment of the risks to the security of Personal Information acquired or maintained by DTI and its agents, contractors and subcontractors in connection with the Services, including but not limited to (A) identification of internal and external threats that could result in unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of Personal Information and systems used by DTI and its agents, contractors and subcontractors, (B) assessment of the likelihood and potential damage of such threats, taking into account the sensitivity of such Personal Information, and (C) assessment of the sufficiency of policies, procedures, information systems of DTI and its agents, contractors and subcontractors, and other arrangements in place, to control risks; and (ii) appropriate protection against such risks. (2) The Information Security Program shall require encryption of any Personal Information in electronic format while in transit or in storage, and enhanced controls and standards for transport and disposal of physical media containing Personal Information. DTI shall, and shall require its agents, contractors and subcontractors who access or use Personal Information or Confidential Information to, regularly test key controls, systems and procedures relating to the Information Security Program ("ISP Tests"). DTI shall advise the Funds of any material issues identified in the ISP Tests potentially affecting the Information Security Program. (3) DTI shall comply with its Information Security Program.

  • Security Safeguards Each party shall maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of your Customer Content and any associated personal data that is collected and/or processed through the Services. On our part, those safeguards will include commercially reasonable measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, deletion, and disclosure of Customer Content. Customer (not us) bears sole responsibility for adequate security, protection, and backup of Customer Content when in Customer’s or its representatives’ or agents’ possession or control.
