Job Share Eligibility. A. Any job share shall require prior approval of the Employer. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Employer may terminate the job share if the specific job share is ineffective or unsatisfactory in accomplishing the goals of the position being shared. No employee may share more than one (1) position, and the Employer shall not be required to add an additional work station because a job is shared.

  • Employee Eligibility For purposes of this section, “eligible employee” shall be defined by the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act.
