Common use of Joined Grievance Clause in Contracts

Joined Grievance. A grievant must join in a single grievance preceding every claim that they have arising out of the same transaction or occurrence, even where it is asserted that the transaction or occurrence has violated more than one provision of this Agreement. A grievant is prohibited from filing more than one grievance concerning the same transaction or occurrence.
