JOINT COMMISSIONING GROUP. As part of the HWBB, the CCG’s Governing Body and the Council resolve to establish a joint committee of both statutory bodies; known as the JCG. The JCG is established in accordance with the CCG’s Constitution, Standing Orders and Scheme of Reservation & Delegation; and the Council’s delegated authority under its Constitution The JCG will report into the HWBB having oversight of the deployment of the Pooled Fund “Better Care Fund” (BCF) and is aligned to the delivery of the HWBB vision and aims set out above.
