Jurisdiction of Committee. The parties hereto acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation between employees and the Employer on all aspects of the working conditions of the professional workers. The Committee, however, shall not supersede the activities of any other Committee of the Union or of Management and does not have the power to bind either the Union or its members or the Management to any decisions or conclusions reached in its discussions. The Committee shall have the power to make recommendations to the Union and to Management with respect to its discussions and conclusions.
