Common use of Jury Compensation Clause in Contracts

Jury Compensation. Any Employee given leave of absence with pay to serve on a jury pursuant to Article 19.03 shall have deducted from their salary an amount equal to the amount that the Employee receives for such jury duty after deduction of reasonable expenses.
