Jury Duty and Court Appearance Leave. 9.9.1 An Employee shall, upon written application to the Xxxx or equivalent, and upon prior written acknowledgement, be granted leave of absence with full pay for all absences resulting from or associated with being summoned to serve on a jury or being subpoenaed as a witness in court proceedings. If required by the Xxxx, the Employee shall produce a summons or subpoena or submit such other evidence as will show the necessity of attendance at court.
