JURY DUTY AND WITNESS PAY. 26.01 Jury Duty and witness pay will be provided in accordance with the following provisions: The Company agrees to make up the difference between the jury duty and witness pay and an employee's normal straight time pay, for straight time hours just as if the employee would have worked (a maximum of six weeks) when such an employee is called for jury duty, or has been subpoenaed in a court of law.

JURY DUTY AND WITNESS PAY. 26.01 31.1 Jury Duty duty and witness pay will be provided in accordance with the following provisions: The Company Employer agrees to make up the difference between the jury duty and witness pay and an employeea member's normal straight time pay, for straight time hours just as if the employee she would have worked (a maximum of six weeks) when such an employee member is called for jury duty, duty or has been subpoenaed in a court of law. It is understood that the member must present the Court Certificate of Service to substantiate her attendance at Court and will reimburse the Employer with her jury duty or witness pay for those days.
