Jury Duty and Witness. A faculty member who is summoned and reports for jury duty or is subpoenaed and reports as a witness in any judicial hearing shall receive a leave of absence and shall be paid at his or her regular salary rate. A copy of the jury verification form obtained from the court on the reporting day(s) must be attached to the absence report.
