Common use of JUST CAUSE DISCIPLINE Clause in Contracts

JUST CAUSE DISCIPLINE. No Employee shall be suspended without pay, held on step or denied a salary increase without just cause. At the time such action is taken, a written notice of the specific grounds forming the basis for disciplinary action shall be delivered to the Employee and to the Association. No persons will be arbitrarily or capriciously terminated.

JUST CAUSE DISCIPLINE. No Employee non-probationary employee shall be suspended without pay, held on step pay or denied a salary increase terminated without just cause. At the time When such action is taken, a written notice of the specific grounds forming the basis for disciplinary the action shall be delivered provided to the Employee and employee. Suspension without pay or termination of any employee shall be preceded by a conference with the employee by the appropriate administrator prior to the Association. No persons will be arbitrarily or capriciously terminatedtaking any action.
