KENT YARD BRANCH. In addition to any other exemptions, employees may be scheduled to start as early as 6:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday due to operational requirements. In these specific cases, the Employer will notify the Union President of the operational requirement and identify the classifications required to work. These shifts will be offered to employees in the order of seniority. If the shifts are not accepted, they will be assigned to employees in the order of reverse seniority.
