KEY PERSONNEL AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED. The key personnel, qualifications and expected experience for the Consultant’s team are listed below in Table 1. The Project Manager shall provide the project/study oversight and day-to-day planning and management of the study deliverables, with team specialists inputs at programmed times. Each of the Consultant’s personnel should have extensive international and/or regional experience gained from past involvement in projects of the nature of the LHWP. They should be competent and highly experienced in data collection techniques, analysis, and research over a period of 5 to 10 years. Project Management with at least 10 years’ experience in conducting impact analyses and managing multi- disciplinary teams. A minimum experience of ten (10) years in similar assignments is required.
