Common use of Labor and Management Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor and Management Meetings. Upon request from either party both CSI and Union shall meet at a mutually agreed upon time and place to discuss issues within the scope of this agreement. The purpose of the meetings is to enhance communication in order to maintain and improve good labor management relations. A maximum of two (2) employees attending, as Union representatives shall be paid the regular rate of pay to attend these meetings.
