Labour Allowance. (a) This allowance includes the calculation as shown (5 hours x 1.5t x 48 weeks) to compensate for the additional hours over and above 38 hours per week that may be required in the performance of their duties.

Labour Allowance. In the case of a married couple spouses who are both employed by Memorial University of Newfoundland, Provincial Government Departments or quasi- government agencies (e.g. hospitals, Newfoundland Liquor Corporation or school boards), the total amount paid to both of them shall not exceed the dependent rate for the allowance contained in this Article. This allowance shall be paid to an employee on a pro-rated basis in accordance with the employee’s hours of work, excluding overtime, in the previous twelve-month period.
Labour Allowance. Reimbursement for labour will be calculated by applying an hourly rate of £37.00 per hour to the times as set out in Section 5 3.8 Travel Allowance Labour for travel will be paid at £37.00 per hour to a maximum of 4 hours travelling time, that is 2 hours out and 2 hours back, PRM Newage Ltd will not pay mileage allowance inside the 2 hour zone. The travel allowance being added to the labour allowance as set out in 3.7. Travel time & mileage allowance (outside the 2 hours travel zone) will only be paid by “prior” arrangement with PRM Newage Ltd before any work is to be carried out. Explanatory Note The labour/travel allowance will only be paid on claims that comply with PRM Newage’s Conditions of Sale, fulfill the warranty criteria and on gearboxes where the OEM, distributor or dealer repair a gearbox which they previously supplied to the customer or, at the request of PRM Newage Ltd.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of $60.00 and once every two years in the amount of $60.00 for maintenance and banquet housepersons. The amount shall increase to $75, effective January 1, 2007. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Per Diem Allowance A per diem allowance of seven dollars and thirty-five cents ($7.35) may be claimed for each twenty-four (24) hour period while away from home.
