Common use of Labour Flexibility Clause in Contracts

Labour Flexibility. 3.1 The Company may direct an Employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the Employee’s skill, competence and training.

Labour Flexibility. 3.1 12.1 The Company may direct an Employee employee to carry out such those duties identified and agreed between the parties as are being within the limits of the Employee’s skillemployee's skills, competence and trainingtraining consistent with the revised classification structure provided that such duties are not designed to promote xx-xxxxxxxx. In addition, employees may be required to perform duties at a lower level within the classification structure.
