Land Survey. All lots require fire setbacks in order to meet fire codes. In the event that this Agreement is transferred, sold or otherwise assigned, the Lessee agrees that as a condition of the Lessor’s consent to such transfer, sale or assignment, Lessee shall at its own cost obtain a survey of the leasehold including necessary fire setbacks and the Leased Premises as defined herein shall be amended in accordance with this survey to include such necessary fire setbacks if any.
Land Survey. At any time during the term of this Option, Purchaser may have prepared, at Purchaser's cost, a survey of the Premises by a registered land surveyor (the "Survey"). The Survey shall be used to compute the legal description of the real property to be purchased pursuant to this Option. In the event such Survey discloses any defects in Owner's title, Purchaser shall so notify Owner and Owner shall endeavor to cure the same within 30 days after such notice, or such other period agreed to by Purchaser and prior to closing. If such defects are not cured by the Closing Date, Purchaser shall have the same remedies as are allowed in Section 7 above for title defects disclosed in the Title Commitment.

Land Survey. A survey had been obtained for the property. Lessee shall use the survey as basis for all construction plans and drawings, and shall adhere to all setbacks required by the City of Montrose, as well as fire setbacks established for the airport in order to meet fire codes.
Land Survey. A. Except for the survey of the Tonawanda, New York, property (which will be delivered by GM to AAM prior to the Closing), GM has delivered to AAM a survey of each parcel of Real Property (each a "Survey") made on the ground by a surveyor registered in the state such parcel of Real Property is located, in accordance with the 1992 minimum standard detail requirements for ALTA/ACSM Surveys, Urban, Suburban, Rural or Mountain and Marshland, as the case may be, including the following optional items from Table A: 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11 and 12, and dated as of a date after December 1, 1993, showing the Real Property, all known easements and rights granted by license thereon which can be depicted on the Survey, all improvements (including fences and driveways), and access to and from a dedicated and accepted public right-of-way. Each such survey shall (i) be certified to AAM and its assigns, its mortgage lender, if any, in form reasonably satisfactory to AAM and to the Title Company, and (ii) comply with any requirements reasonably imposed by the Title Company as a condition to the removal of any exceptions from Schedule B to the respective Title Policies.
