Land Use and Building Type. (a) No lot shall be used except for residential purposes except as provided in Paragraph (d) of this Section 1. No building shall be erected, altered, placed, or permitted to remain on any lot other than one detached single-family dwelling not to exceed two (2) stories in height and a private garage for not more than two (2) cars and appurtenant out buildings not to exceed one (l) story in height used in connection with such residential buildings.
Land Use and Building Type. No building shall be erected upon any lot except a single- family residence and the usual and customary appurtenances thereto. There shall not exist on any lot at any time more than one residence. No lot or building erected thereon shall be used for any purpose except a single family residence; nor shall any such lot or building be used for any purpose prohibited by law or ordinance; nor shall anything be done in or on any lot or building which, in the judgment of the Trustees, may be or hereafter become a nuisance to the owners or inhabitants of any other lot subject to this Restrictive Agreement.

No intoxicating liquor shall be sold within the subdivision.
Land Use and Building Type. No Lot, nor building on a Lot, shall be used for any purpose other than residential purposes and no Lot shall have more than one (1) Dwelling constructed thereon. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an Owner or lawful Tenant of a completed Dwelling situated upon a Lot may use a single room within the dwelling as an office for conducting business as long as the business: (A) does not involve or require regular visitation of the Lot or Dwelling by clients, customers, suppliers, service providers, or other business invitees, or door-to-door solicitation within the Property; (B) does not include the manufacture or distribution of any products or goods in the Dwelling or on or from the subject Lot; (C) is not apparent or detectable by sight, sound, or smell from outside the Dwelling; (D) complies with applicable land use and zoning requirements; and (E) is consistent with the residential character of the Community and does not constitute a nuisance, or a hazardous or offensive use, or threaten the security or safety of others within the Community, as determined from time to time in the Board's sole discretion. Nothing herein shall be deemed to prohibit conversion of a Lot to a street.
Land Use and Building Type. All land in WALNUT RIDGE ESTATES shall be developed in accordance with preliminary and final development plats submitted by the party of the First Part, its heirs, successors, and assigns.
Land Use and Building Type. All lots in Bee Tree Estates Addition shall be used only for single-family residential dwellings. A one story single family dwelling shall contain at least one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet of living space, excluding basement areas. A two story or split level single family dwelling shall contain at least one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square feet of living space, excluding basement areas.
Land Use and Building Type. All lots in Greenmar Estates Subdivision shall be used only for single family residential dwellings and multi‐family dwellings, not to exceed two and one‐half stories of height.

All lots in Whispering Hills Plat I shall be used only for single family residential dwellings and no buildings shall be erected, placed, altered or permitted to remain on any lot other than one single-family dwelling not to exceed two stories in height with an attached garage for not fewer than two automobiles.
Land Use and Building Type. All lots shall be known and described as lots for residential purposes only (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “residential lots”). No structure other than one detached single family dwelling not to exceed two stories in height and a detached or attached garage shall be erected, altered, placed, or permitted to remain on any residential lot. No lot shall be used for business or professional purposes of any kind, nor for any commercial or manufacturing purpose. No building of any kind or character shall ever be moved onto any lot within said subdivision, it being the intention that only new construction shall be placed and erected thereon.
