Landscape Planters. If applicable, Licensee shall install and maintain, within the Village-provided landscape planters surrounding the temporary portable dining platform, soil with flowering annuals and/or perennials. Licensee shall replace dead landscape plants as needed to maintain the planters in a clean and neat manner and shall water plants on an as-needed basis during the entire period of time that the temporary portable dining platform and table and chairs are located on the public sidewalk and street. Licensee shall also install and maintain a minimum of two (2) landscape planters, planted with flowering annuals and/or perennials, located on the public sidewalk adjacent to the restaurant. The planters shall contain a minimum total of 3 square feet of planted landscaping. The planters shall be a minimum of 10 inches in height, shall not exceed 30 inches in height and shall be constructed of metal, terra cotta, masonry, wood or similar materials; plastic planters shall be prohibited. The planters shall be placed up against building in a location that does not obstruct the public right-of- way and sidewalk. At all times, a minimum 5-foot wide pathway on the sidewalk shall remain free and clear of obstructions. Failure to maintain live plants as required by this agreement may result in Licensor terminating this agreement with 7 days’ written notice to Licensee, and the temporary dining platform, tables and chairs shall be immediately removed from the public sidewalk and street.

The planters shall contain a minimum total of 432 square inches (3 square feet) of planted landscaping. The planters shall be a minimum of 10 inches in height, shall not exceed 30 inches in height and shall be constructed of metal, terra cotta, masonry, wood or similar materials; plastic planters shall be prohibited. The planters shall be placed up against building in a location that does not obstruct the public right-of-way and sidewalk. At all times, a minimum 5-foot wide pathway on the sidewalk shall remain free and clear of obstructions.   • Landscaping The Owner will, before its plan of subdivision is released for registration, pay to the Town in lieu of planting any trees on the public streets within the plan, the amount shown for the purpose upon Schedule “J”.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Sidewalks doorways, vestibules, halls, stairways and other similar areas shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used by Tenant for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the Premises. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Roads The Purchaser is required to construct the roads shown in Table B-1 per the schedules stated, as shown on the Sale Map, Attachment A, and to the specifications and drawings in Attachment B and other applicable attachments.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.
