Time of Notice Each Borrowing of a Loan (other than a Continuation or Conversion) shall be made upon notice in the form provided for below which shall be provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent at its Notice Office not later than (i) in the case of each Borrowing of a Eurodollar Loan, 11:00 A.M. Date of Notice Any notice sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, shall be deemed given on the date of delivery shown on the receipt card, or if no delivery date is shown, the postmark thereon.
