Large Format Film Photography Package. Prior to project implementation, the Subgrantee shall oversee the successful delivery of a Large Format Film Photography Package prepared by staff or contractors that meet the Secretary’s Professional Qualifications for Architectural History, History, Architecture, or Historic Architecture, as appropriate. a. The Large Format Film Photography Package shall include a comprehensive collection of photographs of both interior and exterior views showing representative spaces and details of significant architectural features and typical building materials. Exterior photographs shall include full oblique and contextual images of each elevation. Exterior views shall be keyed to a site plan while interior views shall be keyed to a floor plan of the building/structure. The photographs shall be indexed according to the date photographed, site number, site name, site address, direction, frame number, subject matter and photographer’s name recorded on the reverse side in pencil. b. The Large Format Film Photography Package shall include one (1) full set of 4 x 5 or 5 x 7-inch photographs printed on acid free paper, the corresponding 4 x 5 or 5 x 7- inch negatives in acid free sleeves, a completed state architectural inventory form, and a written site history of the historic property. c. The Subgrantee shall submit the Large Format Film Photography Package to the SHPO for review and approval. Once approved by the SHPO, the Subgrantee shall submit full copies of the approved Large Format Film Photography Package to the Connecticut Historical Society, the Connecticut State Library Archives, and the local historical society or local library for permanent retention. B. Design Review by SHPO Prior to project implementation, FEMA, DESPP/DEMHS, and DEEP, as appropriate, and the Subgrantee shall work with the SHPO to develop a historically compatible construction approach. Plans and specifications will, to the greatest extent feasible, preserve the basic character of a building with regard to the design, scale, massing, fenestration patterns, orientation and materials of the original building. Primary emphasis shall be given to the major street elevations that are visible. Significant contributing features (e.g. trim, windows, doors, porches) will be repaired or replaced with either in- kind materials or materials that come as close as possible to the original materials in basic appearance.   • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

The Tailgating Services provided by TAILGATE GUYS pursuant to this Agreement may, at the option of CLIENT and subject to availability, include a media package comprised of a television, stand, connection to a satellite, connection to a receiver, and power source (a “Media Package”). CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that TAILGATE GUYS has no control over television broadcasts and shall not be held accountable for any channel “blackouts” caused by contract disputes or any lack of service due to inclement weather or other availability issues.   • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.
