Extra Trips A. Field trips (extra trips) shall be provided by rotation on a list composed of regular drivers who volunteer in descending order of classification seniority (defined in Article 39).
VACANCIES AND PROMOTIONS Section 1. The following procedures will be followed in the posting and filling of vacant or newly created permanent positions. The purpose of this system is to inform employees of vacancies and newly created positions and to afford employees who are interested and who feel they qualify an equal opportunity to apply for the vacant or newly created position. Training Period The training provided for in this article shall be given during the hours of work whenever possible. Any such training outside of working hours shall be considered voluntary unless at the request of the Employer, in which case time devoted to training shall be considered as time worked.

Unbundled Voice Loop – SL2 (UVL-SL2 Loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NewPhone. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on XX0 Xxxxx. The OC feature will allow NewPhone to coordinate the installation of the Loop with the disconnect of an existing customer’s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, BellSouth will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at its discretion during normal work hours.
Rating Impact on Student Learning Growth ESE will provide model contract language and guidance on rating educator impact on student learning growth based on state and district-determined measures of student learning. Upon receiving this model contract language and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.
Grievance Meetings Where operational requirements permit, and on reasonable notice, the Employer shall grant special leave with pay to an Employee for the purpose of attending grievance meetings with the Employer.
Unbundled Copper Loop – Designed (UCL-D) 2.4.2.1 The UCL-D will be provisioned as a dry copper twisted pair (2- or 4-wire) Loop that is unencumbered by any intervening equipment (e.g., filters, load coils, range extenders, digital loop carrier, or repeaters).
